New in 2022.11: Introducing the new global Incidents panel

This month’s update introduces a feature that’s been frequently requested by MSPs as well as other Emsisoft partners who use the Emsisoft Management Console to manage multiple workspaces: a new global Incidents panel.

The new Incidents panel merges threat events from all your workspaces to a single page. Alerts of all severity levels are listed, including desktop-side detections from the signature scanner and behavior blocker as well as cloud-side Behavior AI and EDR events. In short, any malicious or potentially malicious activity on any of your clients’ networks are displayed here enabling you to quickly identify problems and take whatever action may be necessary.

We have also simplified the UI of the Incidents panel to help you focus on what’s most relevant in your security setup.

How to obtain the new version

So long as you have auto-updates enabled, you will receive the latest version automatically during your regularly scheduled updates.

Note to Enterprise users: If you have chosen to receive “Delayed” updates, client systems will receive the new version no earlier than 30 days after the regular “Stable” availability.
