To extend an existing license for a-squared Anti-Malware, you must order an extension code which is used to extend the existing license on your a-squared account.

Where can I order the license extension code?

Log in at the a-squared customer center using the login box located in the menu of this website. Enter your username (always your email address) and your access password and press the "Login" button. Then navigate to the "License Manager" at the menu to view all licenses attached with your a-squared account. At the top of the license manager click the "Extend existing license" link to enter the extension page. Choose the license to extend, select the number of years you wish to extend and press the "Order" button to get directly to the order form. Follow the instructions at the order form to finish the order process.

Order finished - what's next?

Once the order carried out, you will receive en email from our e-commerce partner Cleverbridge who does the order processing for Emsisoft. This email contains the extension code which is needed to finish the extension process finally. The code has the format "upd-xxx-xxx" where xxx are random numbers. As described in the order confirmation email, go once again to the license manager in the a-squared customer centerto extend your license with the code you got. Enter the code at the license you wish to extend and click the "Extend" button. The extension process has been finished now!
