Question: How can I disable the automatic download of language file updates?

a-squared Version 2.0:
Run the Security Center and go to "Configuration" in the left side menu. Click the "Update" tab and uncheck the "Install additional languages" box. a-squared Version 1.6.5: Please log in at the a-squared customer center and go to "Manage Licenses": http://cc.emsisoft.com/en/licenses There you can disable the checkbox "Language Updates". If you delete the language files in the languages folder of a-squared, they will not be restored with the next online update. Attention! Never delete the language file of the language you are currently using. a-squared would not work any longer and a re-install of the full a-squared package would be necessary. |
